We're a small family-owned stringed instrument store dedicated to helping you find the
perfect violin, viola, cello, bass, mandolin, or "other" instrument.
As professional musicians, we understand what you're looking for -- it's not
about what we would like to sell.
Stringed Instruments
We offer a wide variety of instruments to suit every type of player, from the smallest beginning fiddler to the
most advanced classical orchestral player. Our specialty is listening to the needs of the player to help them find
just the right instrument for their size, style -- and budget!

We want to offer you a choice--a range of styles, looks, and sounds.
Sound matters: And we know it. No bored
salesman standing around waiting here --we're musicians! At Fiddlesticks we can play the instrument for you, or let
you play it so that you know what you're getting. Our new shop features a try-out room--feel free to test
instruments in quiet privacy.
Service: Once you're our customer, we consider you a
customer for life. Bring your instrument by for servicing twice yearly as recommended, or more if you need it. Call
us. Ask questions. We're here to help.
As a full-service shop, we will give you the help you need to get the sound you want. Sometimes
small adjustments make the biggest difference--and a professional can quickly locate the source of the problem. For
example, switching bows, changing strings, or even replacing a chinrest makes all the difference. Even if you're
the parent of a middle schooler with no knowledge of instruments, we'll help you get "educated."
